Primary Research: I conducted qualitative and quantitative interviews with people and got insights for my affinity mapping.

CHALLENGE: Creative individuals need a way to break monotony and refresh their ideas without disrupting their workflow or feeling unproductive.
Creative block — often termed “writer’s block” or “artist’s block” — is a phenomenon rooted in both psychological and neurological factors. It happens when you feel stuck and unable to come up with new ideas or create work, often due to stress, self-doubt, or burnout.

After going through the insights, I identified the main affinities i.e. the target audience to keep in focus for the project.

Secondary Stakeholders
Stakeholder Mapping: I identified the key individuals who impact this project in different ways and refined the main target audience.
Tertiary Stakeholders

User Persona: I created user personas to understand my audience's thought patterns and connect with them better. Then, I used empathy mapping to step into their shoes and understand their perspectives.
I mapped out the user journey for both the current situation and the ideal scenario, which gave me insights which helped identify key areas for improvement. I then brainstormed 'How Might We' questions to find ways to improve the user experience and explored worst-case scenarios to understand the impact of not addressing the issue and finally came to my proposed solution.
